Playing with the special effects in Picasa. Highly addictive, and I’m not entirely happy to have discovered them. It’s the tyranny of choice, rather than taking an honest photo. The question now arises – I can make indiscriminate magic happen, but what’s my reason for using these techniques? What point do I have to make? Photography just became much more problematical.
